You will bridge communication gaps and facilitate legal justice through multilingual support.

Compensation:

- You are proficient in Virtual assistance, Scheduling, Legal documents, Language interpretation, Corporate compliance.
- English - Conversational

Responsibilities and more:

Client Communication:
- Communicate with clients in English, Spanish, French, or Haitian Creole.




- Answer inbound and outbound calls professionally.

Client Intake and Scheduling:
- Conduct client intake and gather required information.
- Schedule consultations and appointments.

Translation and Documentation:
- Translate and interpret conversations and legal documents when needed.
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM.
- Request, organize, and upload legal documents.

Case Management and Support:
- Follow up with clients regarding case requirements.
- Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and case managers.
- Provide administrative and customer support to the legal team.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with firm policies.
