What you will do as Associate Director Latin America

As an Associate Director LATAM at Haskoning, you will be overseeing, leading and delivering projects. You manage our internal PMs and multidisciplinary technical team. Your role will be a mix of work, both in the office and on the site, delivering within a team and working with our clients. You will collaborate with stakeholders, identify risks, and implement solutions that keep projects on track.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery Excellence

Lead and deliver small to medium-sized, multi-disciplinary projects,



ensuring successful outcomes aligned with client instructions and Haskoning management systems.
Take overall responsibility for project deliverables, ensuring quality, timeliness, profitability, and client satisfaction.
Initiate, oversee, and appraise studies, concept design, detailed design, and construction documentation.

Strategic Project & Business Control

Maintain full business control of projects, including budgeting, fee management, rate targets, cost tracking, risk, quality, and change control.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures, contract management, and project administration requirements.
Proactively manage risks and opportunities to achieve cost-effective and profitable results.

Client & Stakeholder Management
