Our North Lakes team is growing, and we're looking for an Agent Support to join us as soon as possible! This is a fast-paced, varied role at the heart of our office, where no two days are the same. You will be the go‑to person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

From supporting our sales team and coordinating office operations to managing administration, events, marketing and creating a welcoming experience for clients and staff alike. What the role involves

- Overseeing the day-to-day operations and administration of the North Lakes office.
- Providing ongoing support to sales agents and ensuring the team has the resources they need to succeed.
- Managing reception, office communications and general enquiries.
- Coordinating office meetings, reporting, training and internal communications.
- Planning and delivering office events, team initiatives and workplace engagement activities.
- Managing office facilities, suppliers, stock, maintenance and workplace presentation.
- Creating and coordinating marketing collateral, social media content and agent support materials.




- Assisting with onboarding, team administration, timesheets and general people support.
- Liaising with internal departments, external suppliers and service providers to resolve operational issues.
- Maintaining a professional, welcoming and organised office environment while supporting business leaders with projects and initiatives.

What you'll need

- 1-2 years’ experience in a support role within the Real Estate industry - Thorough attention to detail - Superb time management abilities - Professional presentation and strong written and verbal communication skills - Passion a desire to help others succeed - Ability to adapt and be adaptable What you'll get:
