What You'll Do
Lead software delivery in multidisciplinary teams, ensuring business and technology objectives are met. Manage and coordinate deployments in production environments. Facilitate agile ceremonies and promote the adoption of agile practices within teams.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Software, Computer Science, or related fields. Minimum of 5 years of experience leading or supporting software delivery teams using agile methodologies. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams in complex technological environments.
What We Offer The position is hybrid, requiring on-demand attendance at the office in San Isidro, Lima, Peru.
