- Incorporate AI tools into development workflows to enhance learning, increase productivity, and create smarter, more efficient solutions for clients.
- Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code, following best practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD), Clean Code principles, refactoring techniques, SOLID design principles, and Object-Oriented (OO) programming concepts.
- Implement continuous delivery pipelines to facilitate rapid, reliable deployment of software updates, ensuring stability and quality in production environments.
- Collaborate within product-focused teams to design and build innovative customer experiences tailored to client needs, fostering a user-centric approach.
- Apply insights from the Thoughtworks Technology Radar to inform technology choices and address complex client challenges effectively.

Requirements - Experience or confidence in building projects using Typescript and Node.js (Nest.js) in a full-stack environment.
- Strong foundational knowledge of computer science principles, including data structures, algorithms, and database design and management.
- Less than one year of professional experience in a technical role, excluding internships, demonstrating a recent entry into the field.
- Basic understanding of object-oriented programming concepts such as encapsulation, inheritance, and polymorphism, with some practical application.
- Ability to produce code that is readable, maintainable, and extensible, with an appreciation for the importance of testing and quality assurance.
- Familiarity with the technical ecosystem where code and artifacts operate, including infrastructure, runtime environments, web architecture, and operating systems.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, transparent environment that values feedback, continuous improvement, and open communication.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies, share knowledge with colleagues, and develop impactful solutions for business challenges.
