✅ Key Requirements

? English C1 / Advanced (required)

? 3-5 years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience

? At least 1 year of multi-client experience

? Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online

? Advanced knowledge of account reconciliations and general ledger maintenance

? Strong Excel skills

? Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

? Excellent communication and teamwork skills

? High attention to detail and accuracy

? Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

⭐ Nice to Have

? QuickBooks Online / Intuit Certification

? Experience with US GAAP

? Experience with bank feeds and automated transaction entries

? Experience reconciling credit card and loan accounts

? Knowledge of tax accounting requirements





? Main Responsibilities

? Record and manage financial transactions in QuickBooks Online

? Match bank transactions and identify discrepancies

? Perform monthly account reconciliations

? Maintain accurate general ledger records

? Support financial reporting and accounting processes

? Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve discrepancies

? Prepare financial summaries and reports as needed

? Follow accounting procedures and internal controls

? Work independently while supporting team objectives
