Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Business Developer Junior to join our team at Edenred Peru. This role involves supporting the sales team in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our market share. Job Responsibilities - Conduct market research to identify potential new clients and industries for Edenred Peru's products and services.

- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for prospective clients.
- Support the senior sales team in managing the sales pipeline and CRM system,



ensuring accurate data entry and tracking.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations, taking notes and contributing to discussions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to ensure a seamless client experience and successful product implementation.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify new business avenues and challenges.
- Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and business development goals.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights. Job Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related commercial role (internships count).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proactive, self-starter with a strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of the Peruvian market and business landscape is a plus.
