Shop And Favor is a technology company developing digital products and early-stage business projects. We currently focus on a project which helps brands discover relevant content creators for potential marketing collaborations.

About the Position

We are looking for a Business Development Intern to support creator research, brand prospecting, professional outreach, follow-ups, and meeting coordination.

The role combines remote work and on-site sessions in Lima.

Responsibilities

- Research and identify relevant creators, brands, and business contacts.
- Get in touch with selected prospects through company-approved professional channels.
- Support interested creators during onboarding and profile completion.
- Maintain organized records of outreach, responses, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate introductory meetings and provide brief activity updates.

Qualifications

- Currently studying Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- Eligible to participate in an internship in Lima.
- Strong communication skills in Spanish; English is an advantage.




- Organized, responsible, and comfortable communicating with new people.
- Able to work independently and attend scheduled in-person sessions in Lima.
- Familiarity with Excel, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok or Canva is an advantage.
- No previous professional experience is required.

Working Conditions

- Paid internship.
- Part-time schedule agreed in advance.
- Monthly training subsidy proportional to the agreed schedule
- Hybrid work arrangement, combining remote assignments and on-site sessions in Miraflores, Lima.
- Regular guidance and feedback from a designated supervisor.
