The

Regional Project Lead is a senior-level clinical trial manager responsible for overseeing and coordinating project team activities across designated regions. You will ensure clinical operations processes remain consistent and that study milestones are achieved in compliance with

ICH-GCP and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage project planning, implementation, and reporting for designated regions.

- Act as the primary contact for project teams and support services.

- Monitor KPIs and ensure study timelines and enrollment targets are met.

- Coordinate site contractual startup, budget negotiations, and site management.

- Supervise clinical project team members and conduct therapeutic area training.

- Oversee safety information flow, regulatory submissions, and audit preparation.

Requirements

- College/University degree in Life Sciences.

- Prior experience in Clinical Research and on-site monitoring, specifically within the US.

- Experience as a Study Manager or Clinical Trial Manager.

- Proven expertise in Oncology; GI experience is preferred.

- Full proficiency in English and MS Office, including MS Project.
