We're seeking a driven, results-obsessed Sales Manager to build and lead our sales team from our new Bogotá office.



The team sells premium residential moving services to customers across the United States. Moving is stressful, and winning the customer takes more than software: we need quick-thinking problem-solvers who connect with people instead of reading scripts. Your job is to build that team, create the playbook, step into complex deals, and own the numbers.

You're the first leadership hire in this office, and the plan runs through you: sales team first, then recruiting and HR, and eventually full moving operations serving customers here in Colombia, part of our vision of 10 locations by 2033. In your first year, you will build the founding team and playbook, and drive the team to:
