We are seeking a dedicated Senior Corporate Sourcer to join our team and support the Recruiters in sourcing top talent for corporate roles across HR, Accounting, Finance, and Marketing in the Manufacturing Industry. This position focuses on sourcing and screening candidates, not full-cycle recruiting. The idóneo candidate will have experience in manufacturing corporate recruiting, particularly in niche markets.

• 5-6 years of sourcing experience (2-3 years focused on IT roles)

• Organize and manage assigned recruitment projects by creating workflows, defining project tasks, assigning responsibilities, establishing timelines, and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for assigned clients.

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned clients, from job intake and requisition definition through onboarding, including the development of talent pipelines, recruitment plans, and proactive sourcing strategies.

• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle,





from job profiling and requirements gathering to the successful and timely delivery of qualified candidates.

• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and lead compensation negotiations when applicable.

• Support the mentoring and development of the recruitment team by providing guidance on sourcing strategies for technology-related positions.

• Prepare recruitment reports and analyze hiring metrics, while actively participating in market calibration and recruitment strategy meetings with Hiring Managers.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Direct Manager that are related to the scope of the position.

• Source, attract, and recruit technology professionals for roles across Digital, Software Development, Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data & Analytics, ERP, Quality Assurance (QA), DevOps, Artificial Intelligence, and other IT specialties.
