QA Specialist (AI/ML) at BairesDev As a QA Specialist (AI/ML), you will ensure the integrity of datasets used for training advanced models.
You will act as a guardian of data quality, overseeing annotation processes to ensure they meet the rigorous standards required for reliable AI performance.
What You'll Do Audit and validate annotated datasets to ensure high-quality ground truth for model training.
Monitor data pipelines to identify and resolve formatting inconsistencies or quality issues early.
Review and refine annotation guidelines to ensure clarity and consistency across project teams.
Provide detailed feedback and performance tracking to improve the accuracy of data labelers over time.
Collaborate with AI/ML teams to establish robust data validation benchmarks and security protocols.
What We Are Looking For 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Data Operations.
Proven expertise in data quality assurance and validation for data annotation.
Strong ability to support and optimize AI/ML training data pipelines.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow complex guidelines.
Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
