QA Lead at BairesDev As a QA Lead, you will take ownership of the quality assurance lifecycle, driving the strategy and execution of testing processes across multiple teams.

You will ensure the delivery of high-quality software by balancing strategic oversight with hands-on technical leadership.

What You'll Do Define and evolve the overarching test strategy to ensure consistent quality standards across UI, API, and performance layers.

Provide technical mentorship and guidance to QA engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team.

Oversee the end-to-end defect management process, collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize fixes based on business impact and technical risk.





Implement risk-based testing methodologies to optimize resource allocation and focus efforts on critical system components.

Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to integrate quality best practices early in the development lifecycle.

What We Are Looking For 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or a related field.

Proven expertise in designing and implementing comprehensive test strategies and plans.

Strong proficiency in multi-layer testing across UI, API, and performance layers.

Demonstrated ability to lead QA teams and manage the end-to-end defect lifecycle.

Extensive experience with risk-based testing methodologies to prioritize testing efforts.
