Quant Developer at BairesDev
As a Quant Developer, you will implement complex mathematical models into production-grade code for trading and financial systems. You will work closely with quants and traders to translate research into high-reliability analytics and execution infrastructure.
What You'll Do
- Architect and maintain high-performance trading platforms, order management systems (OMS), and market data delivery pipelines.
- Optimize core system components for ultra-low latency and high throughput to ensure efficient trade execution.
- Design and build robust tools that support the full lifecycle of data analysis and live systematic trading.
- Partner with research teams to shape the architecture of algorithmic trading systems and risk management frameworks.
- Implement pre-trade compliance and automated audit trails within unified trading environments.
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, specifically within financial services.
- Strong backend development skills in Java, C++, or Python.
- Proven expertise in building financial systems such as trading platforms, OMS, or market data systems.
- Experience with low-latency or compliance-aware system design.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
