QA Architect at BairesDev
As a QA Architect, you will design and govern organization-wide testing strategies to ensure the highest standards of software quality. You will provide the technical vision for automation frameworks and quality gates, aligning testing processes with modern CI/CD workflows to accelerate delivery without compromising reliability.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement comprehensive enterprise-wide testing strategies and quality processes.
- Lead the selection, development, and optimization of scalable test automation frameworks.
- Define and enforce quality gates within CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous reliability.
- Architect robust test data management solutions to support complex testing environments.
- Collaborate with engineering leadership to standardize quality metrics and testing best practices.
- Oversee the optimization of the entire QA lifecycle to improve efficiency and defect detection.
What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Test Automation, or Software Engineering.
- Proven expertise in designing and governing organization-wide testing strategies and quality processes.
- Proficiency in selecting and implementing test automation frameworks and integrating quality gates into CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with test data management and optimizing QA workflows at scale.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
