QA Architect at BairesDev As a QA Architect, you will design and govern organization-wide testing strategies to ensure the highest standards of software quality.
You will provide the technical vision for automation frameworks and quality gates, aligning testing processes with modern CI/CD workflows to accelerate delivery without compromising reliability.
What You'll Do Design and implement comprehensive enterprise-wide testing strategies and quality processes.
Lead the selection, development, and optimization of scalable test automation frameworks.
Define and enforce quality gates within CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous reliability.
Architect robust test data management solutions to support complex testing environments.
Collaborate with engineering leadership to standardize quality metrics and testing best practices.
Oversee the optimization of the entire QA lifecycle to improve efficiency and defect detection.
What We Are Looking For 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Test Automation, or Software Engineering.
Proven expertise in designing and governing organization-wide testing strategies and quality processes.
Proficiency in selecting and implementing test automation frameworks and integrating quality gates into CI/CD pipelines.
Hands-on experience with test data management and optimizing QA workflows at scale.
