About Us:

We are a growing bourbon brand headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, co-founded by a former Major League Baseball pitcher. Our whiskey is made with corn grown in the Midwest, and our operations are tied closely to regional production, distribution, and logistics. As we scale across new markets, partnerships, and product launches, we’re building a strong operational backbone to support the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Register new products and maintain brand compliance across the states we operate in, including monthly, quarterly, and annual filings.
- Track license renewals and product registrations across markets, flagging deadlines well in advance.
- Maintain a centralized compliance calendar and documentation archive, and coordinate with third-party compliance vendors and state agencies.
- Monitor distributor purchase orders, accounts receivable, and invoices, catching anything that falls outside our automated workflows.
- Track finished-goods and barrel inventory across warehouse, bailment, and production locations.




- Keep production and product launch calendars current, and flag scheduling risks early.
- Build and maintain simple dashboards and trackers for compliance filings, accounts receivable, and inventory levels.
- Provide light project management and administrative support to the founder as needed.

Skills:
- Exceptional organization and follow-through across many moving parts.
- Comfortable owning deadlines and driving work to completion across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal English communication with partners, distributors, and internal teams.
- Self-directed learner who picks up new systems quickly (e.g., Airtable, Notion, Asana) with minimal training.
- Comfortable working directly with founders and executives in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

- 3+ years of operations, compliance, or logistics experience, preferably in beverage alcohol, CPG, or another regulated industry.
