Compass Property Management is looking for a proactive and highly organized Maintenance Coordinator to support the maintenance operations of a residential property portfolio in the United States.

Work Schedule

March 8th – October 31st

· Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (On-site)

· Lunch: 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.

· Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (Remote)

November 1 st– March 7th

· Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (On-site)

· Lunch: 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.

· Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (Remote)





What You'll Do

· Coordinate and schedule maintenance work orders.

· Assign work orders based on priority, technician availability, and location.

· Communicate professionally with tenants, vendors, technicians, and the U.S. team.

· Take ownership of each work order from start to finish, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

· Resolve scheduling conflicts and maintenance-related issues proactively until they are fully resolved.

· Maximize technician utilization by efficiently scheduling work orders and ensuring all available technician hours are assigned.

· Monitor work orders and ensure deadlines are met.

· Maintain accurate records and update company systems.

· Deliver excellent customer service through clear and professional communication.

· Identify opportunities to improve coordination and daily operations.
