About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to support hiring for U.S.-based companies across Technology, Legal, Professional Services, and other specialized industries. This role requires someone who can manage the full recruitment lifecycle, source top talent, conduct interviews, and partner with hiring managers to deliver exceptional candidates.

Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple open positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews.
- Present qualified candidates with detailed evaluations.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain ATS records.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines.
- Partner with hiring managers to meet hiring goals.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment experience supporting the U.S. market
- Good english level B2-C1
- Proven full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Strong LinkedIn sourcing and headhunting skills.
- Experience recruiting professional, technical, legal, or specialized roles.




- Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with ATS platforms and Google Workspace.
