You will drive financial precision for complex luxury developments through strategic oversight.

Compensation:

USD 800 - 1K/month

+ Bonuses (up to 80% of base compensation)

- You are proficient in Tax preparation, Reimbursements, Purchase orders, Pre-payroll, Invoices, Forecasting, Financial reporting, Financial planning.

Responsibilities and more:

Financial Management:
- Manage daily financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate accounting records.
- Monitor company cash flow, expenses, budgets, and financial performance.

Accounts Payable and Receivable:
- Handle accounts payable.
- Handle accounts receivable.
- Prepare and process vendor payments.




- Prepare and process invoices.
- Prepare and process reimbursements.
- Prepare and process billing.

Reconciliation and Reporting:
- Reconcile bank accounts.
- Reconcile credit cards.
- Reconcile payroll records.
- Reconcile project expenses.
- Prepare weekly financial reports.
- Prepare monthly financial reports.
- Prepare management financial reports.

Planning and Documentation:
- Assist with budgeting.
- Assist with forecasting.
- Assist with financial planning.
- Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, purchase orders, and payment documents.

Coordination and Compliance:
- Coordinate with project managers, vendors, employees, and management regarding financial matters.
- Assist with payroll preparation.
- Assist with employee expense tracking.
- Support tax preparation.
- Support audits.
- Support financial compliance requirements.
