We are currently looking for a Recruiter who is passionate about talent acquisition and experienced in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment and selection processes for operational, administrative, and specialized positions.
Post job openings across multiple recruitment channels and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent.
Conduct resume screening, competency-based interviews, and initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide continuous follow-up throughout each stage of the recruitment process.




Prepare recruitment reports and track key hiring metrics while ensuring candidate databases and recruitment records remain accurate and up to date.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of three years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
Proven experience conducting competency-based interviews and evaluating candidates.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using digital recruitment tools.
Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2+) or higher is required. English skills will be assessed during the selection process.
Availability to work on-site.
Must reside in or near El Agustino, Santa Anita, Ate, or San Luis, Lima.
