The International Potato Center (CIP) is looking for one (1) Data Full-Stack Development Intern to provide support to Germplasm Health Unit in Lima, Peru.

Key Responsibilities





- Develop and production of a Web-based Application for Germplasm Health Unit (GHU), Pathology Laboratory information management, including interfaces to connect with the corporative database and users’ databases and eventually external ones.

- Optimize the use and proper maintenance of historical data archives.

- Generate reports

- Provide maintenance to the AWS (S3) used for bioinformatics analysis.

- Ensure system security, documentation, and readiness for production deployment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to scalable solutions for CGIAR GHUs.
