Ad Platform Engineer at BairesDev

As an Ad Platform Engineer, you will architect and refine high-performance systems for programmatic advertising, ensuring optimal efficiency in real-time auctions. You will drive the technical evolution of our ad stack to maximize revenue and system reliability in a high-scale environment.

What You'll Do

- Architect and maintain high-throughput, low-latency real-time bidding systems.
- Implement and optimize header bidding strategies to enhance auction dynamics and yield.
- Manage complex integrations with various supply-side and demand-side platforms.
- Ensure system compliance with IAB standards and OpenRTB protocols across all advertising initiatives.




- Streamline data pipelines and infrastructure to improve targeting precision and delivery speed.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define and implement scalable advertising technology standards.

What We Are Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on AdTech or programmatic advertising.
- Proven expertise in implementing and optimizing the OpenRTB protocol and header bidding solutions.
- Extensive experience with SSP/DSP integrations and working with IAB standards.
- Strong proficiency in latency optimization for real-time bidding platforms and high-throughput systems.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
