Ad Platform

Engineer at BairesDev As an Ad Platform Engineer, you will architect and refine high-performance systems for programmatic advertising, ensuring optimal efficiency in real-time auctions. You will drive the technical evolution of our ad stack to maximize revenue and system reliability in a high-scale environment.

What You'll Do Architect and maintain high-throughput, low-latency real-time bidding systems.

Implement and optimize header bidding strategies to enhance auction dynamics and yield.

Manage complex integrations with various supply-side and demand-side platforms.

Ensure system compliance with IAB standards and OpenRTB protocols across all advertising initiatives.





Streamline data pipelines and infrastructure to improve targeting precision and delivery speed.

Collaborate with engineering teams to define and implement scalable advertising technology standards.

What We Are Looking For 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on AdTech or programmatic advertising.

Proven expertise in implementing and optimizing the OpenRTB protocol and header bidding solutions.

Extensive experience with SSP/DSP integrations and working with IAB standards.

Strong proficiency in latency optimization for real-time bidding platforms and high-throughput systems.
