Business & Functional Leadership
- Lead business requirement gathering workshops with client stakeholders.
- Analyze and document business requirements, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Convert business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories.
- Act as the primary functional SME for banking products and operations.
- Ensure business requirements are clearly understood and translated for architecture, development, and testing teams.
Banking Process & Product Expertise
- Provide functional guidance across banking domains including:
o CASA (Current & Savings Accounts)
o Deposits o General Ledger & Accounting o Regulatory Reporting
Regulatory & Compliance Advisory
- Advise teams on local banking regulations, compliance standards,
and operational practices.
- Ensure solution designs and business processes comply with regulatory requirements.
- Support audit, risk, AML, KYC, sanctions screening, and customer due diligence requirements.
- Liaise with compliance and risk management teams during transformation initiatives.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with business users, operations teams, product owners, architects, and development teams.
- Present functional solutions to senior business leaders and client representatives.
- Drive decision-making on functional requirements and business process design.
Transformation & Implementation Support
- Support Core Banking implementation, modernization, and transformation programs.
