Behavioral Engineer at BairesDev
As a Behavioral Engineer, you will focus on the logic and decision-making processes that govern autonomous vehicle interactions. You will define how vehicles interpret complex environments and execute safe, predictable behaviors in real-world scenarios.
What You'll Do
- Architect and refine decision-making frameworks to improve on-vehicle autonomy logic.
- Design behavioral patterns that ensure safety and reliability under diverse road conditions.
- Develop algorithms for planning under uncertainty to handle dynamic and unpredictable environments.
- Implement advanced safety patterns to mitigate risks in autonomous operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate behavioral logic with core robotics systems.
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Robotics, Autonomy, or Software Engineering.
- Proven expertise in developing decision-making algorithms and on-vehicle autonomy logic.
- Advanced proficiency in C++ and fundamental robotics principles.
- Hands-on experience with planning under uncertainty and AV safety patterns.
- Strong understanding of autonomous vehicle behaviors and real-time systems.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
