Engineer at BairesDev As a Behavioral Engineer, you will focus on the logic and decision-making processes that govern autonomous vehicle interactions. You will define how vehicles interpret complex environments and execute safe, predictable behaviors in real-world scenarios.
What You'll Do Architect and refine decision-making frameworks to improve on-vehicle autonomy logic.
Design behavioral patterns that ensure safety and reliability under diverse road conditions.
Develop algorithms for planning under uncertainty to handle dynamic and unpredictable environments.
Implement advanced safety patterns to mitigate risks in autonomous operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate behavioral logic with core robotics systems.
What We Are Looking For 5+ years of experience in Robotics, Autonomy, or Software Engineering.
Proven expertise in developing decision-making algorithms and on-vehicle autonomy logic.
Advanced proficiency in C++ and fundamental robotics principles.
Hands-on experience with planning under uncertainty and AV safety patterns.
Strong understanding of autonomous vehicle behaviors and real-time systems.
