BI Developer at BairesDev As a BI Developer, you will transform complex data into clear, actionable insights through the development of robust dashboards and reports.

You will act as a key link between raw data sources and business stakeholders, ensuring that critical information is accessible and useful for strategic decision-making.

What You'll Do Design and implement interactive dashboards and automated reports.

Architect and maintain enterprise-level semantic layers to ensure data consistency and accuracy across the organization.

Develop and optimize advanced SQL queries and data models to support high-performance analytical solutions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical visualization specifications.

Establish and enforce data modeling best practices,



including star schema design and efficient data transformations.

Ensure the continuous delivery of real-time insights by integrating BI solutions with modern data architectures and pipelines.

What We Are Looking For 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or a related field.

Proven expertise in building dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

Advanced proficiency in SQL and designing complex data models.

Hands-on experience creating and maintaining semantic layers for enterprise reporting.

Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and business requirements gathering.
