BI Developer at BairesDev

As a BI Developer, you will transform complex data into clear, actionable insights through the development of robust dashboards and reports. You will act as a key link between raw data sources and business stakeholders, ensuring that critical information is accessible and useful for strategic decision-making.

What You'll Do

- Design and implement interactive dashboards and automated reports.

- Architect and maintain enterprise-level semantic layers to ensure data consistency and accuracy across the organization.

- Develop and optimize advanced SQL queries and data models to support high-performance analytical solutions.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical visualization specifications.

- Establish and enforce data modeling best practices,



including star schema design and efficient data transformations.

- Ensure the continuous delivery of real-time insights by integrating BI solutions with modern data architectures and pipelines.

What We Are Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven expertise in building dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

- Advanced proficiency in SQL and designing complex data models.

- Hands-on experience creating and maintaining semantic layers for enterprise reporting.

- Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and business requirements gathering.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
