Compliance Engineer at BairesDev

As a Compliance Engineer, you will be responsible for aligning our technical operations with global governance and security standards. You will serve as the primary link between engineering practices and regulatory requirements, ensuring our systems remain secure, ethical, and fully auditable.

What You'll Do

- Lead the implementation and maintenance of key compliance frameworks including SOC2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and PCI.
- Design and execute comprehensive risk assessments and control mapping to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities.
- Author and manage technical policies and documentation to ensure organizational adherence to complex regulatory standards.
- Coordinate internal audits and provide expert support for external examinations to maintain continuous compliance.




- Manage regulatory reporting channels and provide actionable insights into the organization's risk profile.
- Partner with technical teams to integrate compliance controls directly into the development and infrastructure lifecycles.

What We Are Looking For

- 4+ years of experience in Compliance Engineering, Governance, Risk, or Information Security.
- Proven expertise in implementing and managing compliance frameworks such as SOC2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and PCI.
- Proficiency in conducting risk assessments, control mapping, and internal audits.
- Strong background in policy writing and developing technical compliance documentation.
- Hands-on experience with audit support and managing regulatory reporting channels.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
