Country Manager – Peru

Fibredust is a global leader in premium coconut coir substrates, supplying commercial growers around the world through company owned manufacturing facilities in Sri Lanka, India, and Mexico. As we continue expanding in South America, we are looking for an experienced professional to lead our growth in Peru.

The Role The Country Manager will be responsible for driving sales, developing strategic customer relationships, and serving as the face of Fibredust in Peru. This individual will work closely with growers, distributors, and industry partners to expand our market presence while providing technical support and substrate expertise.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales growth and develop new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with growers, distributors, and industry partners.
- Provide technical guidance on substrate solutions and growing practices.
- Represent Fibredust at customer visits, trade shows, and industry events.
- Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities.
- Work closely with our global commercial and technical teams.





Qualifications

- Experience in horticulture, greenhouse production, substrates, crop nutrition, irrigation, propagation, or related agricultural industries.
- Strong understanding of commercial growing practices and grower needs.
- Established relationships within Peru's horticulture industry are highly desirable.
- Proven ability to develop business and build long term customer relationships.
- Self motivated with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in Spanish; English proficiency is preferred.
- Willingness to travel throughout Peru.
