DBA at BairesDev As a DBA, you will be responsible for the health and performance of our production database environments.

You will ensure data integrity and availability across various database technologies, providing a stable foundation for our applications to thrive.

What You'll Do Install, configure, and maintain production database instances to ensure optimal uptime.

Perform advanced query optimization and performance tuning to handle high-concurrency workloads.

Design and implement robust backup and recovery strategies to safeguard critical business data.

Manage database replication and high availability architectures to minimize potential downtime.

Collaborate with engineering teams to define database schemas and best practices for data storage.





Monitor system health proactively to identify and resolve bottlenecks before they impact users.

What We Are Looking For 5+ years of experience in Database Administration or Systems Engineering.

Proven expertise in operating and tuning production database systems like SQL Server, Oracle, Postgres, or MySQL.

Advanced proficiency in T-SQL or PLSQL for database development and administration.

Hands-on experience with performance tuning, backup strategies, and replication.

Deep understanding of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) architectures.
