DevOps/SysAdmin at BairesDev As a DevOps/SysAdmin, you will manage and optimize both on-premises and hybrid cloud infrastructures to ensure peak system performance.

You will act as a vital link between traditional systems administration and modern DevOps practices, driving efficiency through high-level automation and robust monitoring strategies.

What You'll Do Administer and secure Linux and Windows Server environments across physical and virtual landscapes.

Develop and maintain automation scripts to eliminate manual toil and streamline recurring operational tasks.

Deploy and manage comprehensive monitoring stacks to provide deep visibility into system health and performance.

Architect and configure complex network protocols and infrastructure to maintain high availability and connectivity.

Implement proactive security measures,



including access controls and backup strategies, to safeguard enterprise data.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure capabilities with evolving business and development needs.

What We Are Looking For 4+ years of experience in Systems Administration, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering.

Proven expertise in Linux and Windows Server administration in on-premises and hybrid cloud environments.

Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell for task automation.

Hands-on experience with monitoring stacks like Prometheus and the ELK stack.

Strong understanding of networking protocols and infrastructure configuration.
