You will drive growth for comfort-focused footwear by scaling high-impact email marketing strategies.

Compensation:

USD 800/month

- Bonuses (up to 50% of base compensation)

Responsibilities and more: We are seeking an Email Marketing Expert with deep expertise in Klaviyo and e-commerce email strategy. If you can build high-converting automated flows, write compelling direct response copy, and optimize campaigns with data, this role is for you.

Essential Technical Requirements

- Proficient in Klaviyo (flows, segments, campaigns, analytics).
- Experience with e-commerce email integration (Shopify sync, product feeds, abandoned cart tracking).




- HTML/CSS for email customization.
- A/B testing setup and analysis.

Strategic Capabilities
- Building and optimizing automated flows (welcome series, post-purchase, win-back, browse abandonment, cart abandonment).
- List segmentation based on behavior, purchase history, and engagement.
- Campaign calendar planning and execution.
- Deliverability management (domain warming, list hygiene, spam compliance).

Direct Response Skills
- Writing conversion-focused email copy (subject lines, preview text, body).
- Understanding of urgency and scarcity tactics for promotions.
- Experience with BOGO, flash sales, and seasonal campaign structures.
- Ability to incorporate testimonials and social proof into emails.

Analytics
- Tracking key metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion rate, revenue per email, list growth).
- Flow performance optimization.
- Campaign post-mortem analysis and iteration.
