Our clients run active pipelines and expect their Associate to keep CRM data clean, follow up consistently, and help move deals forward without dropping the ball. They work with defined outreach cadences, pipeline stage rules, and performance targets — and they expect you to follow the process, log every interaction, and report accurately. Whether the role involves inbound lead management, outbound prospecting, or pipeline administration, the standard is the same: professional, consistent, and metrics-driven. If you've supported a U.S. sales team in a BPO or similar environment, that's the experience we're looking for.

The Role
We're looking for organized, communication-savvy professionals to support U.S.-based sales teams. You'll keep the CRM current, follow up on leads and proposals, and make sure every opportunity is tracked, touched, and moved forward.

Key Responsibilities





- Manage and update CRM records — contacts, deal stages, notes, and activity logs.
- Follow up with leads via phone and email at defined stages of the pipeline.
- Make outbound calls for prospecting, re-engagement, or appointment setting as directed.
- Handle inbound inquiries and qualify leads against defined criteria.
- Schedule discovery calls, demos, and follow-up appointments for the sales team.
- Send proposal follow-ups and track responses — flag stalled deals proactively.
- Maintain pipeline accuracy and deliver regular status reports.
- Execute outreach sequences and cadences using CRM or automation tools.
- Meet weekly targets: call volume, follow-up rate, appointments set, and pipeline updates.
