As a Regional Assistant Vice President, you will lead with an entrepreneurial mindset, acting as the business owner for your assigned region. You will oversee Branch Managers across multiple locations, driving performance, profitability, and growth while ensuring operational excellence. Your role is pivotal in shaping customer experience, fostering community engagement,



and developing high-performing teams that reflect Woodforest’s core values: Ownership, Service, Community, and Integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
Ownership

Operate the region as a business owner – driving performance, managing resources, and making strategic decisions that support long-term growth and profitability.
Lead and coach Branch Managers to achieve sales, deposit growth, and lending goals while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
Recruit, train, retain, and motivate Branch Managers to build a high-performing team that meets profitability, sales, customer experience, compliance, and growth objectives.
Manage expense control, risk mitigation, and adherence to regulatory guidelines across all branches.
Track and review daily region performance levels; compile summary reports and communicate standings; develop and implement action plans for improvement areas.
