EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE

Purpose:

To act as the Commercial CFO and Strategic Co-Pilot to the VP/General Manager, driving regional financial autonomy, capital discipline, and structural cost efficiency. This role is directly accountable for co-driving capital allocation, major commercial negotiations, and corporate diplomacy across a matrixed, cross-border corporate structure (Lima/Toronto). Additionally, the role provides high-level IT governance, ERP (SAP) optimization, and proactive, advanced financial data analytics to deliver actionable business intelligence while leading complex regional accounting and tax optimization strategies.

Main Functions:

- Strategic Initiatives, Cash Flow Maximization & Growth: Advise, lead, and co-approve initiatives impacting production, structural costs, or regional growth outside Constancia.
- IT Governance, SAP Optimization & Data Analytics: Oversee high-level systems strategy, BI tools, and data analytics to drive cost tracking.
- Capital Discipline & Commercial Contract Optimization: Lead capital allocation, working capital efficiency, and major commercial/procurement negotiations; among others.

Requirements:

- Experience : 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years as a Business Unit CFO or heavy Finance Director within the mining extraction sector. Experience within a multinational,



TSX-listed environment is highly preferred.
- Asset Capability: Proven track record of operating within mature, large-scale mining operations, demonstrating an elite mindset for asset optimization, low-cost operations, and navigating complex matrix environments.
- Academic Background: University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Additional Specialization / Certification: Professional designation (CA, CPA, and/or an MBA) is highly desirable.
- Regulatory & Network Context: Deep expertise in Peruvian regulatory/tax frameworks (SUNAT) and established local professional networks are critical (highly prioritized for local or returnee Peruvian nationals, or regional South American expats with extensive LATAM mining experience).
- Languages: Advanced English and Spanish (bilingual fluency is mandatory to bridge the Lima/Toronto corporate matrix).
- Core Competencies: Exceptional corporate diplomacy skills, sharp commercial acumen, ability to challenge operational assumptions constructively, and a proven track record of building strategic capability within local finance teams.
