Role Description

The After-Sales and Warranty Supervisor is a full-time on-site role based in Lima, responsible for overseeing all post-sales support and warranty activities for GME products. This role manages customer inquiries and claims, coordinates technical evaluations of equipment issues, and ensures timely resolution in line with company policies and service standards. The supervisor leads and supports the local after-sales team, organizes training on product usage and maintenance, and collaborates with internal departments to improve service processes and customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include monitoring warranty cases,



preparing reports and analysis on recurring issues, maintaining accurate service records, and fostering strong relationships with distributors, service partners, and end users.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to review warranty cases, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Proven team management and leadership abilities to supervise and develop an after-sales and service team.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and relationship building.
- Effective communication skills for clear interaction with customers, technical teams, and management.
- Experience delivering training on product operation, maintenance, and safety to customers and internal teams.
- Background in mining equipment, industrial machinery, or heavy equipment service is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Lima, travel to customer sites as needed, and handle field inspections.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools; familiarity with CRM or service management systems is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical disciplines, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to health, safety, and quality standards.
