Workday Consultant at BairesDev

As a Workday Consultant, you will specialize in implementing and optimizing Workday HCM and Financials modules to streamline enterprise business processes. You will serve as a technical expert, designing sophisticated integrations and data transformation solutions that align with complex organizational needs.

What You Will Do

- Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of Workday HCM or Financials modules.
- Architect and develop complex integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors.
- Design advanced Calculated Fields and manage the Workday security model to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Facilitate seamless data flow between Workday and third-party systems through XML, XSLT, and web services.




- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business objectives into scalable technical architectures.
- Provide expert guidance on Workday best practices to optimize system performance and user experience.

What We Are Looking For

- 4+ years of experience as a Workday Consultant or in a similar HCM/Financials technical role.
- Proven expertise in implementing and configuring Workday HCM or Financials modules.
- Proficiency in developing complex integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors.
- Strong technical skills in creating Calculated Fields and managing the Workday security model.
- Hands-on experience with XML, XSLT, and web services (SOAP/REST) for data transformation.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
