Daniel Cuba Puma is a sculptor from Cusco trained at the "Diego Quispe Titto" Autonomous School of Fine Arts, who has revolutionized the connection between traditional art and Peruvian gastronomy.
His hand-carved stone mortars and grinding stones are highly appreciated by chefs and cooks for their functionality and artistic beauty.
