We are looking for an Enrollment Fulfillment Representative to join our team in a fully remote role. This position involves supporting clients via email and phone, coordinating the onboarding process for new accounts, and working with internal systems to ensure a smooth and timely setup.

Responsibilities
Coordinate the onboarding process for new customers.
Gather and verify required information from dealerships, vendors, and internal teams.
Communicate with customers via email and phone to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Track onboarding progress and follow up on pending tasks.
Coordinate with all parties involved to ensure timely completion of enrollments.
Maintain accurate documentation throughout the acquisition process.

Requirements
Native or nearnative English proficiency.
Previous experience in customer service, account coordination, onboarding, Support Representative or in a similar customer service role.




Experience with Microsoft 365.
Experience handling customer service calls.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Reliable internet and quiet workspace.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience using CRM or ticketing systems.
Data related experience.
