Work Location：Based in Peru

Key Responsibilities

- Market Expansion & Sales Targets：Conduct local Peruvian steel market research and business development, formulate feasible sales strategies, and deliver and exceed annual sales and growth targets.
- Market & Competitor Analysis：Track and analyze local steel prices, market demand, competitor moves, and import/export policies, and submit regular market insights to support business decisions.
- Customer Development & Retention：Acquire new local clients including distributors, manufacturers and engineering companies via industry channels and offline outreach; maintain long‑term partnerships, improve customer loyalty and manage customer resource portfolios.
- Contract Execution & Risk Management：Oversee full‑cycle order execution including order confirmation, logistics coordination,



payment follow‑up and contract compliance; identify and mitigate credit, market and policy risks to ensure stable business operation.

Job Qualifications

- Experience & Resources：Candidates with steel trading experience and familiarity with international steel trade procedures are preferred. （fresh graduates or aspiring sales talents are welcome.） ; additional resources in other Latin American markets are highly preferred.
- Core Competencies：Strong market development, cross‑cultural communication and negotiation skills with good teamwork spirit.
- Personal Traits：Self‑motivated, highly disciplined and able to work independently. Capable of working under pressure and adapting to fast‑changing local market conditions.
- Language Proficiency：Possess fluent English business communication skills, capable of independent docking, negotiation and daily business communication with overseas clients.
