We're seeking an experienced Integration & Automation Technician to join our technical operations team. In this role, you'll design, implement, and maintain critical system integrations and automation workflows that streamline our business processes and drive operational efficiency.





This is not a pure development role—it's adecuado for someone who combines strong automation logic with software skills, focusing on solving complex integration challenges rather than building applications from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

Systems Integration
- Design and implement integrations between various business systems and applications
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration architectures and workflows
- Monitor integration health and implement proactive measures to prevent failures
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve integration-related issues

Automation & Scripting
- Create and maintain automated workflows to streamline business processes
- Design and implement scripts using Python and Node.js
- Develop custom solutions utilizing REST APIs and GraphQL APIs
- Implement robust error handling and logging mechanisms in automated processes
- Optimize and monitor existing automations for continuo
