We are seeking a dedicated Senior Corporate Sourcer to join our team and support the Recruiters in sourcing top talent for corporate roles across HR, Accounting, Finance, and Marketing in the Manufacturing Industry. This position focuses on sourcing and screening candidates, not full-cycle recruiting. The adecuado candidate will have experience in manufacturing corporate recruiting, particularly in niche markets

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead recruitment projects and build strategic talent pipelines.
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and business leaders.
- Source and engage exceptional talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, professional networks, referrals, and innovative sourcing strategies.
- Recruit for high-demand technology roles, including: Digital, Software Development, Cloud & Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Data & Analytics, DevOps, Artificial Intelligence, ERP, Quality Assurance (QA), Digital & Emerging Technologies.
- Conduct candidate screenings and assess technical capabilities, experience, and overall fit.




- Perform market mapping and talent research for niche and hard-to-fill positions.
- Provide market intelligence related to compensation, talent availability, and hiring trends.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first contact to offer stage.
- Support and mentor recruiting team members on best practices and sourcing strategies

What We're Looking For
- 5-6 years of recruitment experience
- 2-3+ years recruiting for technical and IT positions
- Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques
- Experience partnering with stakeholders and managing multiple priorities
- Knowledge of technology roles, skills, and market trends.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and consulting skills
