Role Overview:





Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator with U.S. HR experience to support daily HR operations, employee onboarding, compliance, payroll coordination, and recruiting activities. The adecuado candidate is proactive, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Maintain personnel files and HR documentation.
- Complete I-9 verifications and track compliance requirements.
- Assist with payroll-related processes and employee record updates.
- Support recruiting efforts, including scheduling interviews and candidate communications.
- Respond to employee HR inquiries and provide administrative support.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. employment policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of U.S. Human Resources experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employment documentation, and HR processes.
- Experience with onboarding, payroll coordination,
