About JGM Innovation

JGM Innovation is an early-stage nonprofit using data to change children's lives in Peru. We build a data intelligence platform that turns information on socioeconomic risk, workforce trends, and automation & AI into actionable insights. Helping universities, community institutions, and partners direct resources where children and families in Peru need them most. Every insight we produce is in service of one goal: creating better educational and economic opportunities for the next generation of Peruvian children.

We're founder-led with a small team of data and web interns, and we're now building our volunteer leadership team.

The Role

This is a true right-hand role. Working directly with the founder, you'll help run the organization day to day and build the foundation for our growth. You will:
- Help manage day-to-day operations: coordinating the intern team, keeping projects on track, and organizing our internal processes and tools




- Support planning and follow-through on weekly priorities so the founder can focus on strategy and partnerships
- Contribute to our fundraising efforts: helping shape our case for support, identifying grants and donors, and supporting outreach and campaigns
- Help build simple systems (volunteer onboarding, donor tracking, project management) that let us grow without chaos
- Be a thought partner on how we grow the organization and deepen our impact for children in Peru

What we're looking for
- 5+ years of professional experience in operations, project management, nonprofit management, business, or a related field
- An organized self-starter who's comfortable in an early-stage, build-it-yourself environment
- Strong communication skills; Spanish/English bilingual a plus
- A genuine connection to our mission — we're especially excited to work with professionals from the Peruvian community and diaspora who want to give back
