? Your Role

As a Cloud & SaaS Operations Manager, you will lead the administration, optimization, and security of a global fintech company's cloud-based workplace technology stack — owning SaaS platforms, identity and access management, security compliance, and workplace automation at an organizational level. You will partner with IT, Security, Compliance,



and HR teams to ensure every system is secure, scalable, and delivering maximum value to the business. Your day-to-day will involve:

Leading the administration, optimization, and security of all SaaS applications — including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and other workplace collaboration tools — ensuring platforms are secure, scalable, and fully aligned with business needs.
Managing and enforcing identity and access management (IAM) policies — overseeing SSO solutions, Microsoft Entra, MFA, conditional access policies, and least privilege access to ensure secure and appropriate access to all cloud resources.
Enforcing Zero Trust principles across SaaS environments — implementing and maintaining data protection policies, backup strategies, data retention, and disaster recovery plans for all workplace cloud services.
Developing and implementing workflow automation solutions — using Power Automate, Zapier, PowerSh
