Position Summary

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and highly adaptable
Case Manager
to serve as the central coordinator for our
litigation team
. This person will ensure cases continue moving forward, maintain regular communication with clients, support attorneys and staff, and step in wherever needed to keep the firm operating efficiently.

The adecuado candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment, enjoys solving problems, anticipates issues before they arise, and is willing to wear multiple hats.

Primary Responsibilities:

Case Management & Oversight

Monitor all active litigation matters from intake through resolution.

Track deadlines, case progress, and outstanding tasks.

Ensure attorneys and staff remain on schedule and accountable for assigned work.

Identify bottlenecks and proactively follow up until tasks are completed.

Conduct regular case audits to ensure files remain organized and current.





Assist in preparing matters for major litigation milestones, including discovery, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial.

Client Communication:

Provide regular case status updates.

Gather information and documents from clients.

Ensure client questions are answered promptly or directed to the appropriate attorney.

Build strong client relationships while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

Team Support:

Support attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and intake staff as workload demands.

Coordinate projects across departments.

Help prioritize urgent tasks and reallocate work when necessary.

Assist with onboarding new matters and ensuring smooth internal handoffs.

Help maintain consistency in firm procedures and workflows.

Assist with drafting correspondence, discovery responses, meet-and-confer letters, pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents when nee
