Position Summary

We are looking for a
Digital Media Jr. Planner
to support the planning, implementation, tracking and optimization of digital media campaigns for a
temporary 5-month period (August-December 2026)
. This is a
fully remote position
, ideal for someone interested in digital advertising, campaign analytics, and cross-platform media execution. The adecuado candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, bilingual, and comfortable working on a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities
- Support the planning, setup, and execution of digital media campaigns across
Search, Social, Display, Video, Audio, and CTV
.
- Assist in building campaigns across platforms including
Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn, and other programmatic platforms
.
- Implement, QA, troubleshoot, and maintain
tracking pixels and conversion events across digital platforms
(Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) to ensure accurate measurement, audience creation, and attribution.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and prepare pacing, performance, and optimization reports.




- Analyze campaign metrics and provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
- Collaborate with the media planning team in the development of media plans, audience strategies, and proposals.
- Coordinate campaign implementation with media vendors, publishers, and platform representatives.
- Organize and maintain campaign documentation, including briefs, budgets, timelines, tracking documents, and creative assets.
- Support quality assurance (QA) for campaign launches, tracking, and creative implementation.
- Assist with audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and first-party data activation.

Requirements
- Graduate in
Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience
in digital media or digital marketing (preferred but not required).
