Objetive
Responsible for coordination of project plans, contractual arrangements, schedules, activities, and milestones in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by Worley. Supervises project personnel through subordinate leaders. Bridges the technical gap between the Project Manager and Engineers. Often functions as assistant project manager with an engineering background.
Ascertains that engineering work is done according to plan by helping with design interpretation. Reviews bill of materials/project schedules/forecasts for accuracy. This role would apply to those with an engineering background.
Principal Responsibilities
Ensures Worley methodologies, processes, tools and systems are used throughout the project and compliance requirements are met/satisfied.
Applies knowledge of all aspects of a project (engineering, procurement, quality control, etc.) to oversee the successful execution of the project plan.
Ensures design team is aware and complying with customer Basis of Design and applicable codes and regulations.
Demonstrates attention to detail.
Demonstrated understanding of EPC project delivery workflow and coordination.
Basic exposure and understanding of procurement/subcontracting and on-site construction support
Translates contract requirements for project scope into Worley scope of services and deliverables.
